A web-maker

Sascha Schulz, Social Media & Influencer Marketing ConsultantBorn in 1971, I learned the emergence of the Word Wide Web and mobile applications from scratch. At a young age, my teams implemented commercial online marketing projects: For Deutsche Telekom, we developed the first browser-based 3D competition game. For Velux International a global ecommerce project for spare parts orders. Online banking and broking applications for the BHW Group and Sparkasse Bremen. And the first auction sweepstakes for premium customers of T-Mobile. My teams realized the first online edition of the German GQ Magazin and hundreds of dialog marketing and sales promotion campaigns for Microsoft D-A-CH.

After selling my business to a listed company, I commercialized one of the smartest AI-based search technologies which later became part of SAP applications for CRM and data hygiene.

Recently, as Managing Director and Group Marketing Manager, I headed the fortunes of Europe’s leading provider of mobile city guide apps and city marketing applications – the roughly 300 iOS and Android apps have guided tourists, citizens and businesses through many cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In my role, I developed Local SEO products into a million dollar business.

Being a speaker, business coach and consultant today, I advise entrepreneurs and executives in the areas of business development and online strategy – with a special focus on Influencer Marketing, SEO (Search Engine Ooptimization), Social Media Marketing and Digitization 4.0. In 2017 I co-founded the Influencer Marketing Academy (IMA).
